I am your local Consultant Cardiologist in Wakefield / Pontefract / East & South Leeds / Kirklees & surrounding regions of West Yorkshire, UK since 2004.  I have over 20 years of NHS Consultant experience. 

Besides my work, I run a charity in India for heart disease patients based upon the principles and values of the NHS and work across both countries, promoting health promotion, education and protection, and interprofessional learning.

Having been part of the how the world and healthcare has evolved over years, I have always strived to adapt myself to deliver high quality, bespoke Cardiology services locally, both on the NHS and private sector and my charity. 

As we recover from the COVID 19 pandemic dealing with a number of challenges, I am working hard to serve people under my care using my skills, experience and vital learnings, with good feedback.

The Association of Physicians of India kindly conferred me with the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in April 2022, for my cross continental work and contribution to field of Medicine over last 3 decades since starting my postgraduation 1992. I feel humbled and this has made my resolve stronger for better patient care, teaching and training. I was conferred FAcadMEd, the fellowshup of the AoME, UK and honorary fellowship of the Indian College of Cardiodiabetes and Metabolic Diseases (FICCDMD) in December 2023, for my efforts in medical education, social work and cross continental specialist medical practice. 

I also provide a range of other services, including coaching/mentoring, helping people with personal/professional issues.
